Orchard Kenya is a registered agricultural business specializing in the production and sale of fruit seedlings, including but not limited to:

* Mango seedlings
* Avocado seedlings
* Citrus varieties
* Pawpaw and other grafted fruit trees

We also provide agricultural advisory support to customers to help improve orchard success rates.

2. 🛒 Orders & Purchases

By placing an order with Orchard Kenya, you agree that:

* All orders are subject to availability of stock
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice (but confirmed orders are honored)
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary (fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues)

Orders are only confirmed once payment is received unless otherwise agreed.

3. 🌱 Nature of Products (Live Plants Disclaimer)

You understand and agree that:

* All products sold are live plant seedlings
* Growth performance depends on external factors such as soil, climate, watering, and care practices
* We cannot guarantee survival after planting once seedlings leave our care

We ensure all seedlings are healthy and properly prepared before dispatch.

4. 🚚 Delivery & Risk Transfer

* Delivery is available across Kenya and selected regions outside Kenya where possible
* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or weather conditions
* Once seedlings are handed to the courier or customer, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer

Orchard Kenya is not responsible for damage caused after dispatch unless the error is on our side.

5. 🔁 Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All return and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

In summary:

* Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
* Proof (photos/videos) is required for verification
* No returns are accepted once seedlings are planted
* Approved claims may be replaced, refunded, or credited

Orders are processed only after full or agreed payment is received.

* Once packaging or delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the perishable nature of seedlings
